Anya Angeloni
Anya believes that healing begins the moment you feel truly heard. She provides a supportive and empowering environment for clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, and the often-invisible wounds of narcissistic abuse. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain of how to move forward, Anya helps clients reconnect with their inner strength, rebuild self-trust, and take tangible steps toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
With over a decade of counseling experience, Anya takes a warm, collaborative approach that blends practical tools with deep compassion. Her work is client-centered and tailored to each individual’s needs, drawing from cognitive-behavioral strategies, solution-focused techniques, and strengths-based practices. She is especially attuned to the ways that emotional manipulation and self-doubt take root after toxic relationships, and she works closely with clients to rebuild self-esteem, improve boundaries, and clarify their goals for the future.
In addition to her clinical practice, Anya is an experienced educator who has taught graduate-level counseling courses focused on equity, empathy, and advocacy. As a National Certified Counselor, Anya specializes in supporting both adolescents and adults as they face personal and relational challenges and step into a more empowered sense of self.
