In addition to her work as a therapist, Dr. Paone is an accomplished counselor educator with more than 25 years of experience in settings ranging from crisis centers and schools to universities and private practice. She holds a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision and is a licensed professional counselor and National Certified Counselor. A recognized leader in the field of multicultural and anti-racist counseling, she has authored over 40 academic articles and delivered more than 100 trainings and presentations.
